ACCOUNT MANAGER

Opis stanowiska:

Account Manager duty:

* Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth involving Client Service Director, Business Development Director or other Greenfish managers support.
* Communicates the client’s goal and represent the client’s interest to the team.
* Provide regular two-way communication between client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
* You will effectively interact with other departments when handling campaign start-ups, ensuring you are briefed fully and correctly in all aspects to the point of account manager handover.
* You will interact closely with all internal teams to gather, monitor and analyze performance and on going actions throughout the length of the campaign.
* You will be responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
* Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, time tables, specifications…) to ensure quality standards and client expectation are met.
* Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status report to each client and establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives the adequate service.
* Responding to request from Client Service Director and Business Development Director in an efficient and timely manner.
* Ensure that all processes are completed, quality standards are met and that projects are in line with client’s expectations.

Wymagania:

Requirements:

* Almost three years of advertising and/or marketing experience ideally spent in FMCG, for premium brands.
* Strong focus on client retention and growth.
* Good knowledge of BTL production processes.
* Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
* Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to details.
* Ability to deal with competing demands and priority tasks.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* A positive attitude to deal with the people.
* Capable of working independently and having responsibility as an individual.
* Polish mother language with perfect knowledge of English written and spoken is required (a fluent Italian would be a distinct advantage).
* Excellent knowledge of main office packages (Windows/Mac) with particular ability on Power Point and/or Keynote.
* Strong communication skills in all forms, including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
