Opis stanowiska:

For our Client, global production copmany (technology sector) we are currently searching for professionals for the position of:

Wymagania:

Main role:

To Assist the IT Manager to provide  a comprehensive support service to all Computer users, including configuration and installation, maintenance and monitoring, security and problem solving.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure the smooth running of all IT and IT related machines within the company
• Respond to requests for help within a reasonable time frame
• Ensure support and information are available to users at all times and be available at all times including out of work hours
• Ensure software licensing confirms to legal requirements
• Monitor Network / Internet usage
• CCTV Administration

• 1+ years experience in a similar environment
• IT related university degree 
• Fluency in English
• Working knowledge of the Hardware and Software, networking, routing and telecoms systems 
• Installation and maintenance of IT systems
• A positive, can-do attitude
